Terms and conditions

The customer accepts the following terms & conditions in full upon the online booking. 

· Bookings 

Upon the online booking, we will require you your credit card details to guaranty the reservation. Automatically you will receive a confirmation email.
Apartments Terraza reserves the right to rectify the availabilities or prices if the system has done any mistake. In this case, Apartments Terraza will notify in 48 hours the error, giving the alternative to the client of paying the difference or annulling the reserve without charge. 

Booking at Terraza Grup implies the acceptance of the prevention and protection measures of the Covid-19 applied according to the regulations and appropriate to the establishment. It also implies the acceptance of the possible access limitations and/or restrictions in certain services and/or areas of the establishment such are common areas, swimming pool,...

A concrete number of apartment cannot be reserved. Upon arrival, you will be informed which one you are getting. If you have a special request you may write it in observations and we will try to please you.

For reservations for stays of more than 15 nights special conditions may be applied.

· Cancellation Policy: 

Apartments Terraza Roses:


WE ARE MORE FLEXIBLE:  Cancellation or modification* of the reservation without cost until 7 days before the day of arrival.

For modifications / cancellations made more than 7 days before the arrival date, 100% of the money paid will be refunded. For cancellations / modifications made less than 7 days before the date of entry or in case of no-show, the amount paid will not be refunded. In case of no show the reservation will be canceled automatically.

* In case of modification of the reservation, the price will vary according to the dates chosen.

· Change in dates: 

There is no charge if notice is received at least 7 days before the arrival. In opposite case, the same conditions described on cancellation polity will be applied. The price will vary according to the dates chosen.

· Payment: 

The client will be asked to pay the 30% of the total booking amount, at the latest 7 days before the arrival date. The pending total amount of the stay is payable in cash or by credit card at the latest on the arrival date before the key delivery. 
Upon arrival, a deposit of 100 € (in cash) could be asked. In that case, it would be returned at the end of the stay if the costumer has entirely respected the state and conservation of the apartment and furniture. 

· Check-in: 

Check-in time is from 4 pm to 8 pm. 

· Check-out: 

Guests are requested to vacate the apartment and remove their belongings before 10:00h on the day of departure and to anticipate that time will be needed to check the apartment. 

· Utilities and facilities. 

Sheets and towels are provided and included in the inventory, that's why we ask you to inform about number of guests upon booking. 
Kitchen is also equipped with all things you can need to cook. 
Water and electricity charges are included in the rental cost. 

· Animals and pets. 

Animals and pets of any kind are not allowed in the apartments, except at the apartments where the contrary is indicated.

· Responsibilities: 

Apartments Terraza is not responsible for damages that can be produced to the customer as a result of its stay in the apartment, including robbery or fire. 
Neither held any responsibility for damages produced by courteous of light in the elevator, air conditioning etc. or by the bad use of household-electrics by the customer. 
In any case, Apartments Terraza is committed to try to resolve any incident as soon as possible. 

· Behavior:

Customer is responsible for its own conduct and that of those accompanying them. Apartments Terraza reserves the right to demand that the customer vacates the apartment without any right to compensation or refund for any violations of the standard code of conduct stated by the contract. 

· Personal Data Protection: 

We inform you that the personal data obtained from this form, as well as your email address, have been including in a file whose person in charge is Terraza Grup, with the purpose of taking care of your consultations and of sending you information related to Terrassa Grup that could be of your interest. Terraza Grup is committed to the exclusive use of the data, gathered by means of this form, for the mentioned purpose previously. The interested one declares to have knowledge of the destiny and use of the personal data obtained by means of the reading of present clauses. The remittance of this email implies the acceptance of the exposed clauses.
